By-Laws, Code of Conduct, Statements and Guidelines

     By-laws, including the Code of Conduct, are approved by Council and relate to the governance of the College.  They supplement the requirements of the College pursuant to The Medical Act and Regulations.  Statements form part of the mandatory clinical and ethical standards of practice which members must meet.  Guidelines provide information to members about recommended practices in relation to topical issues.
